                   Hindu Marriage And Its Importance In Hinduism 

Marriage is an occasion to unite the couple in a holy relationship. Hindu marriage brings the couple together in a whole life relationship wherein they pursue various duties like Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha these are the main aspects of human life. Marriage doesn’t merely combine couple, but also two families come close together. On the wedding day matchmaking couple takes round around the fire (Agni) seven times that is known as (Sath Phera). A Hindu bride and groom takes oath for loving and caring for each other.

Step2: It is a next step to seek strength and oneness in physical, mental and spiritual strength so that they can feel each other’ grief and sorrows.  


Step3: Third step to participate in raising wealth with an equal support and the wife takes an oath to be dedicated towards her husband. 

 

Step4: The couple considers their elders with respectful eye and always honor them in all the way.  


Step5: Fifth oath is taken for caring and bestows better facilities to their loving children.  


Step6: Look after each other through prayer to the God and Goddess to make diseases free their family members.  


Step7: In the seven step the couple promises to be a faithful life partner. They treat each other as the best & loving friend.
